lovely stay, great value!
friendly host comfortable bed good size tv
the hosts were so friendly and efficient . the room included a good size tv and the beds were really comfortable.
i noticed that the fan in the room was a bit dusty , and even on its highest setting , it didn't seem to circulate much air. it wasn't a huge issue , but cleaning the fan would definitely improve the air quality in the room.

the staff provided excellent assistance during check-in , answering all questions promptly and helpfully. they also were quick to offer extra towels and pillows. the bar service was attentive, with staff consistently ensuring drinks were well-prepared.

dusty surfaces stained cups
the location was quite good for getting around.
The room was not very clean. i found dust on the surfaces. also, the cups were stained. The kettle had scale inside.

friendly staff information book homely bedding
The staff was very friendly to my needs. I found the information book in the room quite useful. The room smelled lovely and clean. the bedding and cushions on the bed. I really appreciated that.
The decor in the room looks a little bit dated, especially some dark doors and pictures.

Solid stay near the promenade
clean room front parking pleasure beach
The location provided easy access to the pleasure beach. The room was super clean and cozy. Free parking at the front was very convenient.
